You know what they say, when you change from a wholesome Disney star into a booty-popping twerker overnight, you tend to lose a few friends.

That's exactly what happened to Miley Cyrus, who used to be the best of friends with Demi Lovato. But now, thanks to a fan question during a radio interview, Demi has confirmed she and Miley are no longer friends.

The 'Heart Attack' singer started to stutter once Miley was brought up in the conversation.

"Um, yeah that, um...we're like, we’re acquaintances," she said on The TJ Show/Boston's 103.3 AMP Radio. "It’s life and people change and, you know, I don’t have anything in common with her anymore, and I wish her all the best."

It's true. Despite both being in the music industry, the singers' lives have gone in completely different directions. Demi's been focusing on staying healthy ever since her stint in rehab for cocaine, alcohol and an eating disorder, while the 'Wrecking Ball' singer openly speaks of her love for weed and recently celebrated her 22nd birthday with a wild party that was decorated with marijuana leaves.
