So we went directly to an expert, Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Alessi of the Alessi Institutes and the Face Forward Foundation, to get his thoughts about whether he thinks the reality star has had plastic surgery or not.

And while Kylie has never been a patient of his, he tells 'Life & Style' that he believes she has most definitely gone under the knife.

"She had the tip of her nose altered — a 'tip-plasty,'" he says. "She [also] has had her lips augmented, either with filler or a permanent implant.”
