Miley's 14-Year-Old Sister is Growing Up Fast, Huh?
This is Miley Cyrus' 14-year-old sister, Noah, and this is what she wore to last night's American Music Awards. Eek. It's not bad, by any means, and we like it a lot more than the black hair that she formerly had, but what a difference.
Verdict: Love it ... we guess. It's an OK look, and honestly, it could be a whole lot worse, considering her sibling style influences. ... But still -- we're not quite sure we'd let our 14-year-olds (if we had them) to run around with heels, short-shorts, and hair extensions. You might want to watch out for this one.
