If you are a fan of ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ or enjoy getting your daily fix of entertainment news on the Internet, you may recall the time the reality star expressed her desire to adopt Pink, a 13-year-old girl from Thailand, on an episode of the E! show in August. Turns out, the teen had no desire to join the Kimye clan.

“Everyone wants to have a different or better life, I suppose,” Pink said in a new interview. “But when I thought about it, I realized it wouldn’t be good for me because I would have to leave so much behind. I wasn’t ready for that.”When Mrs. Kanye West and her famous family visited the country last season, they stopped by a local children’s home. And that’s where Kim fell in love with Pink. The young girl instantly clicked with the celeb and gave her a bracelet during their time together.

After toying with the idea of adoption, momager Kris Jenner told Kim she shouldn't treat it like a shopping trip. Her resort manager also said it was very “difficult” to adopt from Thailand.

According to the new interview, Pink was told about the offer — but politely declined it.

“When I found out she wanted to adopt me, I was shaking. I was so excited. It would be such a change of life for me,” she said, adding she and the other kids had no idea who the superstar was during her April visit.
