After showing off an array of wigs and bright-colored hairstyles over the past few weeks, Amanda Byneshas finally gone back to her roots.

Just yesterday, she shared a selfie showing off her new dark brown hair on Twitter while she wished her fans a Merry Christmas.

The 28-year-old has been struggling with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder for quite some time now but 'TMZ' has confirmed she's starting to act stable and normal without her medication.

The 'Easy A' actress has also announced big plans for her future, which includes enrolling in USC to be a psychology major.

“I took a USC campus tour yesterday it was sick! I plan on transferring from FIDM," she wrote on Twitter. "The campus is sick!”

The Bynes family are reportedly ecstatic about Amanda's new healthy state of mind. Doctors have confirmed to the family that it's normal for patients with mental illnesses to go through stable periods, only to relapse again later down the road, but they're taking things day by day.
