This latest pic of the 45-year-old's toned body comes from the January issue of 'Self' magazine, where the mother-of-two opened up about her love life (AGAIN).

When chatting about the similarities between herself and her character in the new film 'The Boy Next Door' — in which she plays a teacher who falls for a student — the actress said, "I've dated a younger guy once in my life. I could definitely understand that part...the attraction."

J.Lo is, of course, referring to former boy toy, Casper Smart, who is 20 years her junior. "[Women] are desirable older, we can date younger guys and it's not this big taboo. Men have been doing this for years, and it's no big deal," she told the mag.

Well, when you look the way she does, you can pretty much date anyone you want!
