The One Direction heartthrob ran into his rumored exes at the British Fashion Awards on Dec. 1 in London — which, let's be honest, wasn't surprising, given K & C are models. The boy bander and Kendall were linked back in December 2013 after they were spotted on several dates while Cara reportedly dated the 20-year-old only a few months earlier in September 2013.
