Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been dying to give 18-month-old daughter North West a little brother or sister to play with — but according to reports, they're struggling to get pregnant.

Reports claim the couple have been visiting with fertility doctors and recently received the devastating news that they might not be able to conceive another child ... ever!

The 34-year-old reality star struggled with fertility issues before her daughter was born as well. In fact, she had three different doctors tell her she wouldn't be able to have a baby — and then she got pregnant with North.

Kim's always wanted a big family like the one she grew up with, so when asked about the possibility of a second baby on the 'Today' show in September, she seemed upbeat and positive.

“I hope so! We’re trying. I guess it’s all in God’s hands," she said. "[Motherhood] changed me so much. Everything’s put into perspective. Nothing really matters besides spending time with your family and only doing the things that are really important to you."
