While Rumer has dared to bare more than a few times and Tallulah recently took a razor to her brunette locks, it's Scout Willis who's making headlines for her new in-your-face cleavage shot on Instagram.As we've seen in the past, the middle daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis is an avid supporter of the "Free the Nipple" campaign, which advocates a woman's right to show her body.

But instead of walking around New York City topless this time, which she's been known to do on occasion, the 23-year-old chose to only flaunt her cleavage, hiding her nips under a fur coat.

According to sister Tallulah, Scout has "a mystical cleve" — whatever that means. FYI Tallulah, we're pretty sure that having a star tattooed between your breasts doesn't automatically gives you magical powers...just sayin'.
