The actress, who was rumored to have welcomed twin boys in mid-December with hubby Marco Perego, finally confirmed her sons' births — and shared their names in the process!

“Our boys Cy and Bowie are finally here. Marco and I wanted to thank you for your beautiful wishes and for your patience,” she posted on Instagram along with the below photo.
