Kourtney Kardashian is quite possibly one of the cutest little pregnant women alive, so it's pretty surprising to hear that the 35-year-old is allegedly planning to get liposuction after she gives birth to her third child this month.

“She’s freaking out about losing the weight,” a source told Radar Online. “All she can think about is getting the baby out, because she’s dying to get rid of the weight.”

“With the other pregnancies she hadn’t been as bad with gaining weight and this time she was very cautious not to blow up like Kim. Kim’s issues with [losing the baby weight] made her super conscious of it," the source continued.

Kourtney's insecurities about her weight come as a shock, considering the reality star recently posed nude in a photoshoot for 'DuJour' magazine.

"I'm not embarrassed of my body," she told the magazine. "I'm at my best when I'm pregnant. It's such an amazing feeling, the transformation that your body goes through. There's something about that that's so empowering and beautiful and I just really embrace it."
